Use moisturizer and recovery cream frequently.

Do not pick at scabs or peeling skin. General: Avoid saunas and heavy exercise for 1 week. No alcohol/smoking for 3-7 days.

7+ Days Before Appointment: 100% Refund (excluding a small transaction processing fee).

3-6 Days Before Appointment: 50% Refund or a one-time rescheduling is permitted.

Within 48 Hours or No-Show: Strictly non-refundable as medical staff and facilities are pre-allocated.

Medical Disclaimer: If our medical team determines that the procedure is unsuitable for you during the onsite consultation (due to health or skin conditions), a full refund or treatment credit will be issued.

Refund Processing: All refunds for Singapore QR/PayNow payments will be processed back to the original source within 7-10 business days.
